Welcome to CashyBaby. Please read these Terms carefully — they govern your use of the platform provided by eLogIA Tech.
By accessing or using CashyBaby (web and mobile), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
CashyBaby is a platform for organizing family events (Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Monthlydays, Birthdays). Available at cashybaby-app.web.app and native iOS/Android apps (Bundle ID: com.elogia.cashybaby.app).
Three subscription levels for organizers:
Web transactions handled via Stripe. Mobile subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play Store (RevenueCat).
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time. Refunds follow the respective store's policy.
Create events with titles, stories, and AI-generated covers. Invitations are managed via unique tokens.
Gifts/Contributions: Guests can log contributions. CashyBaby registers the amount and proof of gift but does not process monetary transfers directly.
Special Features: "Secret Keeper" for Gender Reveals — results stay hidden until the owner releases them.
CashyBaby uses OpenAI to generate event covers and narratives. eLogIA Tech does not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of AI output. Users are solely responsible for reviewing content before publication.
You retain full ownership of your media. By uploading, you grant eLogIA Tech a limited license to display content within your event. Prohibited: illegal, violent, hateful, or explicit material. We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice.
CashyBaby is an event management platform, not a payment gateway. We are not responsible for financial disputes between organizers and guests.
Total liability of eLogIA Tech is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees over the 12 months preceding any claim.
Registration requires a valid Google or Apple account. You are responsible for account security. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Governing Law: State of Delaware, USA. This platform complies with GDPR (EU) and Law N° 29733 (Peru). Disputes shall be settled via arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

CashyBaby is committed to providing a safe environment for families, parents, children, and event participants.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any content that exploits, endangers, or harms children.
CashyBaby prohibits users from:
CashyBaby includes moderation mechanisms that allow event organizers and administrators to review and approve user-generated content before it becomes visible to other participants.
Users may report content, comments, images, videos, or behavior that they believe violates our child safety standards.
Reports are reviewed and investigated as quickly as possible.
CashyBaby complies with applicable child protection laws and cooperates with relevant authorities when required by law.
Where legally required, reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation will be escalated to the appropriate authorities.
